Ryan tech was fantastic. Knowledgeable and courteous. Diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it. A part needed replacement and Ryan had it on his truck. Temperature was in the mid 90's this day. I called at 8:30am that morning and Alford was able to send Ryan 4 hours later. It was a good thing too because the temp inside the house was close to 90. I highly recommend Alford.

Alford Air provided exceptional service to my air conditioning system. The system was experiencing water leaks, and I was unsure of the cause. I contacted Alford Air, and they sent their technician, Francois. Francois performed an outstanding job, thoroughly cleaning and maintaining the system. He demonstrated exceptional knowledge and provided me with a comprehensive explanation of the entire process. Francois is an amazing individual, and Alford Air is a reputable company.

Steve was very pleasant. He quickly assessed the issue. He was very kind. I would use Alford Air again, 10 times over. He was knowledgeable, and the price was fair. I called around 330 this afternoon and had Steve at my house a little before 5 p.m. thats excellent customer service. I asked him if he went to school for servicing a.c units. He said yes. He was very competent.
