David did a great job. I sought bids from 3 different A/C businesses. I found Alford to be competitive but ultimately chose to continue with my existing service contractor for consistency and warranty coverage. Have had a service contractor for many years. No negative reflection on David or Alford. Would recommend Alford in the future.

Had our 21 year old AC unit (Alford serviced for all thoughts years) replaced a couple of days ago. Gilberto Romo and his crew did terrific job. They were courteous and went out of their way to be neat and protect our home. The install went smoothly and Gilberto took the time to fully explain the operation of our new WiFi thermostat. Great job!

Found the issue and fixed it. Same day! The whole team at Alford is super knowledgeable. Greg was phenomenal. He let us know issues that might arise from our setup and fixed it all. I feel they are very well priced, because service they provide is excellent
