Ask for Warren B. He is gonna get you right. I had a pin hole in my copper pipe from wire contact. He patched it up and was very professional and proficient at his job. Do your due diligence to shop around for prices. Ask right off the bat what is the call out charge and if its absorbed in the final cost. Some companies subcontract so it’s NOT absorbed and you pay that entirely separate. The next question is how much is refrigerant per pound and expect to pay an average of 5-9 lbs. (2-3 bed apt/homes). You will be floored how much it cost. It is really the main reason why people are one and done with companies. Moving forward, This company was available and Warren B was quick and very knowledgeable of the entire system. It really only takes him an hour for the repair and he is thorough and checks his work. I have not used this company for service and cannot review. Feel confident for your repairs getting completed by Alford Air Conditioning
Steve was very pleasant. He quickly assessed the issue. He was very kind. I would use Alford Air again, 10 times over. He was knowledgeable, and the price was fair. I called around 330 this afternoon and had Steve at my house a little before 5 p.m. thats excellent customer service. I asked him if he went to school for servicing a.c units. He said yes. He was very competent.
