Role Summary
Alford Air Conditioning in Tequesta is looking for an Experienced A/C Technician to join our team. We are looking for qualified technicians who want to be a part of a company with over 45 Years of Experience in the Air Conditioning Business. We believe that customers are more important than sales and continue to set the benchmark for excellence! This is NOT is A COMMISSION JOB.
Required Experience:
- Must have three years prior full-time A/C work experience.
- A positive attitude and good people skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be experienced in residential air conditioning maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing.
- Clean cut appearance.
- Insurable driving record.
- Able to work some second shift hours (11 am - 7 pm).
- Able to work some weekends (9 am - 4 pm).
- Speak and write English fluently.
- Must be drug-free, clean background, current driver's license (insurable).
